Reflections of My Life

About the Book

The pieces in this book where written over a lifetime of forty years. They are indicative of my life and moods at the time of writing. The originals where handwritten on whatever I could find at the time of inspiration. I always travel with pen and paper, but if I had no paper I would use napkins, paper towels, Newspapers, whatever I could find before I lost the idea that demanded to be written. These pieces come from the heart.

About the Author

I was raised in an Irish Catholic family and attended a Catholic high school for girls. I married young and now I have two boys who are grown and on their own. I worked during the day and went to college in the evenings, earning college credits in English Literature and computer programming. I’m now retired from my job as a government employee after twenty-two years of civil service. I started reading novels at the age of ten and I have never stopped. Reading novels and Poetry all of my life has brought me tremendous joy. My lifelong dream was to see my name in print. This book has brought my dream to reality.
