About the Book

To see, to hear, to speak. Use your heart to seek the truth in words, lines and verse. Poems are a glimpse into a writer’s mind, as abstract as they can be. So many things can inspire someone to write and dream. The gentle thrum and the soft hum of music so sweet, right from my head to my feet. Whispering sighs and dancing ties. Documenting the world in the way that I have seen it, recording the way I have felt emotions that were not mine. I am forever hoping for the words to reach the mind of another.

About the Author

Born in Campbell River, British Columbia, in the summer of 1989, she was raised under the shelter of small towns until the age of 13. After moving to her current residence, she dedicated her free time to improve how her words fit together to enhance her dynamic imagery. Poetry has always fascinated Megan. The way words summoned forth incredible illustrations to her imaginative mind has always captivated her. Throughout high school various sources of inspiration kept her writing, including the school newspaper. Now in college for 3D animation, she continues to find new exciting topics to capture our wild imaginations.
