About the Author

Rev. Duncan was licensed and Ordained in the year 2000, by The Shiloh Baptist Church and Community Life Center, Atlantic City, New Jersey, Bishop Dr. James Washington, Senior Pastor and Rev. Melvin Williams, Jr. She is a member of The Baptist Minister’s Conference of Philadelphia and Vicinity. Reverend Duncan shares much as teacher, preacher, and pastoral counselor. She has served as Registrar of the Ministers Division of the Pennsylvania Baptist State Convention. She currently serves as Pastoral Care (Volunteer Chaplain) in Cecil County, Maryland. She also serves as Founder/ Director, of Tri– State Outreach Ministries in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. In addition, she is a certified Notary Public in the State of Delaware. She is the Author of The Book of Psalms “A Panoramic View of the Bible.” The Author has received numerous Awards. Just to mention a few, namely: The Humanitarian Award from The New Shiloh Baptist Church, and Community Life Center, Atlantic City, New Jersey, Five Meritorious Service Awards for Pastoral Care Volunteer Chaplain), Cecil County, Maryland, and a Citation from Mt. Sinai Institutional Baptist Church, Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
