About the Author

Bob Gutierrez is a surviving, wounded Vietnam veteran, and a walking miracle. While in action, a rocket exploded on him, causing his neck and throat to be sliced from ear to ear. Medical science pronounced him dead, but later realized that this disfigured soldier was in fact still alive. If he were to continue living, experts concluded that he would never eat, talk or sing again.

After three and a half years of not being able to utter a single sound, his faith in God withstood and a miracle happened. Bob has been in active full time ministry for over 37 years and has been on many local, national and international radio and television programs. He has traveled the United States and abroad such as Central and South America, Africa, Mexico and throughout Europe. Bob Gutierrez has also received the 1993 Best Gospel Music Group Award by MAGMA (Mexican American Gospel Music Association)

Bob and his family have various recordings, including a recording co-produced by Ron Capone, Grammy Award Winner and Elvis Pressley’s former drummer. Bob Gutierrez continues to share his faith and trust in God, through his powerful message in song and testimony.
