About the Book

Jimmie Lou Benson, who grew up in an unfortunate home in Bohemia Maryland, is happy when she moved to Weston Farm.

There she finds her friends, Darby and Nikki Howe and Jed, the old farmer who works the land. Jimmie Lou is a blonde beauty, whose good looks gets her into trouble

Josh is her love. And there is a horse called Dolly.

About the Author

Rebecca Pool Button Rebecca is currently teaching a class exploring cultural and social issues at the Academy of Lifelong Learning, a continuing education program at the University of Delaware. She has served as a magistrate for the State of Delaware and has earlier been active in Democratic Party politics. She enjoys four children, seven grandchildren and a scampering great grandson.
