About the Author

Lamieh Esteghlalian was born, raised and educated in Iran where she obtained a B.Sc. in Architecture from the University of Science &Technology in Tehran, Iran. She immigrated to Canada in 1999 and continued her professional involvement in a number of space planning, interior design and architecture related projects. While in Vancouver, BC, she obtained a diploma in Interior Design from the QC school of design, served as a Space Planning instructor with Choices Decor Group, and presented at the Canadian Council of Rehabilitation & Work Congress in July 2001. She also managed her own interior design business for nearly 5 years in Vancouver, BC. Lamieh and her husband currently live in Calgary, Alberta where they run the real estate development firm, Darafzin Design and Development.”
