About the Book

This book was written totally from the inspiration of God and is dedicated to His glory. It contains 3 poems, Back to Basics, Tribute to Grandma, and Nothing’s Impossible, which were published by the International Library of Poetry. All 3 poems received the Editor’s Choice Award and Tribute to Grandma was chosen to be read professionally. This book is a reflection of the many chapters that Kelly has experienced. She hopes that this book offers strength, comfort and encouragement to all that read it on their journey of Faith.

About the Author

Kelly Vance is a native mid-westerner. She was saved when she was 10 years old at a revival in which her grandmother was preaching. While still in college, she married her high school sweetheart. Shortly after getting married, Kelly and her husband relocated to Tallahassee, Florida. She finished her degree in computing in 1989. She started writing poetry in 1995 with God’s inspiration and following the footsteps of her maternal grandmother. Today, she continues to be an instrument for God in her writing.
