About the Author

Sylvia E. Moore has worked with families of young children for nearly twenty years. She understands the positive impact that early literacy has on children. Her inspiration to write children’s books came from the delightful expressions and the physical energy displayed by children when they are read to. Sylvia is the mother of two daughters. She and her husband currently reside in Portsmouth, Virginia.
