About the Book

What a life for Naomi Brown who has been dealing with the life struggles and diffi culties of trying to get out of a disrespected relationship with her present boyfriend. About the Author

Nakiya Edwards has been born and raised in Brooklyn Bedford Stuyvesant. She has always been known for writing poetry and books. Nakiya has attended Empire beauty school graduating in the year of 2009 earning cosmetology certificates and is currently pursuing her license. She has attended ASA College majoring in criminal Justice but is willing to change her major over to journalism. She is a mother of one and in the near future considers having another one. She has been an inspired writer since the age of 14 and is currently an inspired poet/writer seeking to motivate others.
