About the Book

Fun Times with My Children. To parents, grandparents, teachers, babysitters, nursery care staff, etc. It is about challenging youngsters with activities who are like sponges soaking up knowledge in various ways and are enthusiastic using their energy for observing, learning, and doing. This is to help parents and other adults mold a child into the person he becomes in the future. The book gives simple directions with pictures to complete many activities plus having fan and feeling successful. This will encourage self-satisfaction and a sense of camaraderie. The first part of the book is titled “The Individual,” how to encourage him or her to deal with many situations.

About the Author

Most of my life I wanted to help children. I taught school for more than thirty years and have a master’s degree in primary education. Teaching all of the grades was rewarding, but kindergarten and first grade were dearest to my heart. I am the oldest of six children and babysat a lot within the family and outside of it. My husband and I raised two daughters who enjoyed being creative. Tutoring my autistic granddaughter in her early years was a privilege. My hobbies besides writing are painting, ceramics, camping, a little fishing, and wood carving. I also have an interest in photography.
