About the Author

Author Biography Patricia Ann Whitlow born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts on November 30, 1962 to Zack and the late Hallie Whitlow (who was a professional gospel singer and pianist). She is the sixth child of eight siblings and they too were blessed with a multitude of talents, but she decided to pursue all the gifts that God has given her a bit further. She is well known as I’sis a name given to her by her father at a very young age and Trisha’ to some. As a child she began to take lead on her gifts from singing, writing songs, poems, drawing, dancing and acting. As she got older she enhanced her gifts of talents to starting her own company straight out of high school opened upon until 2007, after her car accident in 2006 and battling several health issues before this. Even though she tried to keep it open she was not able to but that didn’t stop her from pursuing further to completing her book in helping others to self heal. She is currently working on her second album based on the book and doing public speaking. No matter who or what stands before her, she never gives up on given love to everyone or in accomplishing her dreams, even when it’s painful for her. Her love out shines the rain…she is a fighter and a survivor on all areas of the ring.
