A Summer Forever Yours is far from your typical summer romance novel. Although she has just graduated from high school, Taylor is not looking forward to the upcoming summer. Her best friend, Bailey, will be leaving for a 3 month vacation. After finding this out, Taylor does her best to try and figure out how she will cope with being alone all summer long. But only a week after Bailey leaves her, Taylor finds out that this summer may not be as boring as she expected. Deciding at the last minute to attend a pool party, Taylor meets somebody who may change her summer. When Easton Judd, a college student visiting from Utah becomes a part of her life, everything seems to fall in place. The two hit it off immediately, and you will find yourself rooting for them to stay together throughout the course of the book. When the summer comes close to an end, Easton must return back to Utah. Will their connection be strong enough to withstand the challenges that await them? Or will the best summer of Taylor’s life come to a bitter-sweet end?

About the Author

Ashlyn Biggs was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. She comes from a large family, including four siblings, seven step siblings, two parents, and two step parents. Continuing a family tradition, she graduated from Mesa High School in 2010. In the Fall of 2010, she began attending Arizona State University on an academic scholarship, studying Political Science. Her major has since wavered between Political Science, English, and Journalism. Writing has always been a desire for Ashlyn, however she is extremely diversifi ed in her activities. She enjoys playing basketball, softball, and traveling to her favorite vacation spot, Disneyland. After a summer romance of her own, she wanted to put all of her feelings down on paper. A Summer Forever Yours was the fi rst major project that Ashlyn undertook; little did she know that it would turn into her fi rst novel. The relationships in this novel are very tangible, and can relate not only to young adults, but to people of all ages. Taylor and Bailey have the sturdy friendship that most people yearn for, whereas Taylor and Easton are the young couple that you will fi nd yourself falling in love with. A Summer Forever Yours perfectly depicts a summer from Ashlyn’s own life, in which she states “I wouldn’t take back one minute of it”.
