About the Book

These are true life events in one man’s life and how he has survived them. The main point of this book is to help others that have had similar experiences in their life and how to cope with the daily stress of day to day life and dealing with the injuries they have received. I am a firm believer that you keep true to yourself and don’t let others bring you down. Always keep a positive mind set even when things seem bleak, things will get better trust in yourself and never give up.
