November 20, 2009 2010 Dear Writing Journal, Sorry, I haven’t gotten used to the fact that it is 2010. Everyone is telling me that I lost a year worth of memory... and no one will tell me what I have forgotten! I got a small picture in my head while I was in the hospital... but I don’t want to think about it or have it be true... that’s too freaky to comprehend. But I can trust you with it journal... I saw a note in Joey’s handwriting... all it said was “I’m sorry...” Well, it’s interrogation time. -EAMFB

About the Author

Emelia Harwood, raised in Port Huron, Michigan, is graduating in 2012 from Port Huron Northern High School. In 9th grade she was placed in Mr. Arena’s English class and truly fell in love with writing, although she started writing stories when she was four years old. After she graduates this June, she will be entering Northern Michigan University, located in Marquette, Michigan, as a Secondary Education major, specializing in English. She will then take after Mr. Arena and move on to be a 9th grade and Advanced Placement Language and Composition teacher.
