About the Author
Fatme Dimachk is business owner, an interior designer and a real estate dealer. She lives in Montreal together with her 3 beautiful daughters. The recipes she used for the book are the ones she learned from her mother and from her family. She likes to learn new recipes and strives to perfect it. She likes to host gatherings and usually gets complement on her recipes. From drinks or sweets, Lebanese and recipes from different cuisine. She had tried Cajun, Chinese, Italian and other famous food recipes. She buys books about different cuisine to get new ideas using the same ingredients but different techniques. She is a chef on her own but many would agree to this. She hopes to open her own café soon.
