About the Book

One evening, as a winter storm approaches, a harried mother rabbit tells her children that their elementary school might be cancelled the next morning. Of course, school is cancelled and together with the mouse family next door, the humorous adventure begins.

About the Author

I am a mother of four children and reside in Fredon, New Jersey located in rural Sussex County. Volunteering for several years at the Fredon Twp. Elementary school library, I felt inspired to write my own book for children and to illustrate it. My illustrations are done in acrylic paint and colored pencils. I admit that fine art is a serious passion of mine and am currently writing and will also illustrate my next children’s book. This is my first venture into this field and I have enjoyed doing it immensely.
