About the Author

Michael Bull was born in the United Kingdom, the son of a corporal in the British Army; his family was constantly on the move until they settled in Bristol, England. Returning to school in his late twenties he eventually graduated from the University of Wales at Aberystwyth with an MBA. As a management consultant he began developing accountability systems. Moving to the USA he refined his methods, discovering that world class accountability systems can have a profound impact on reducing defective performance in organizations. He now works as a process improvement and accountability consultant.
