About the Book

Return From Stony Lonesome Kelly Cavanaugh thought her troubles were over. Her divorce was final. It wouldn’t be long before she had saved enough money to leave Oklahoma and start her life over in a new place. She had no way of knowing that her troubles were far from over. In the aftermath of a blizzard that had all but shut down traffic, she was attacked as she slept and left for dead. After coming out of a coma, Kelly found herself locked inside the forbidding walls of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This is her story. A story of how, with the help of good friends, she was able to find her way out of the maze that trapped her and into a new life filled with love, acceptance, and safety. The way back almost cost her her life, but her unconquerable spirit led her out of the darkness and into the light.

About the Author

Andi Rae Mills currently resides in South Carolina. She is continuing her education. Andi is a Junior at Lander University and is looking forward to participating in the study abroad program which will allow her the privilege of studying for a semester at Winchester University in Winchester, England during the Fall semester, 2012. She is an English major with an emphasis on professional writing and a minor in history. Andi is a member of the Blue Key Honor Society. She is in the Honors International Program. She has been appointed to the Advisory Board for the Handicapped at Lander University and she does volunteer work with a shelter for abused women and children. Andi has been blind since 2008 and with the help of her guide dog, Mr. Tibbs, she lives life to the fullest.
