About the Author

BOB OWEN is a native of Utah and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a Psychology minor from the University of Utah. He has worked as a Juvenile probation officer for the juvenile Court system and correction officer for troubled youth. He has lived in various parts of the United States due to transfers with his employer. He has raised a family of six children and lives with his wife where both grew up in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains of Salt Lake City.
