Forest Friends: Acceptance is a beautiful tale that illustrates the importance of accepting the differences of others. While all of the other forest friends share in there unique gifts, Stinky the Skunk is isolated from the rest because of his unpleasant odor. Can Stinky find a way to fit in with his friends in spite of his differences?

About the Author

Christopher Walls is a middle grades mathematics teacher with extensive family ties to the elementary grades. The stories brought home by his wife, mother, mother-in-law, and various extended family developed into the inspiration needed to introduce the Forest Friends as the backdrop for presenting beginning readers with valuable moral and life lessons.
