About the Book

Poetry is a great expression of self and personal motivation. It has a rhythm of its own. When we have difficult expressing ourselves – poetry speaks for us. The poems shared in the book are about overcoming obstacles and learning to grow both personally and professionally to become a better person overall.

About the Author

Terri R. Johnson is an educator, motivational speaker and poet. She is the author of “Never a Journey Alone – Even A Strong Woman Cries”. Terri grew up in Louisiana and is the seventh of seven children. She enjoys writing, traveling and flower gardening. This is her second book of poetry.
