About the Author

Sabrina B. Parker, MPH, MS OTR/L, is a behavior scientist and occupational therapist who has always been interested in the "why" behind the things that happen. Born in Brooklyn, NY but raised primarily in South Carolina, Sabrina credits her love of people and culture to her various experiences while growing up these places and also while living in Connecticut and Pennsylvania for brief periods. ‘Cause Honey We Ain’t the Huxtables is her debut book, inspired during painful periods of her own failed marriage, which helped her realize how little she knew about choosing the right mate for herself. Seeking the Biblical and practical truths she obviously lacked has led to this enlightening “instruction manual”. Her hope is to help others glean from the insight she has gained so they can choose their right match.
