About the Book

THE GOOD NEWS OF DELIVERANCE

The Lord has filled me with his spirit. He has chosen me and sent me to bring good news to the poor to heal the broken hearted, to announce release the captives and freedom to those in prison. He has sent me to proclaim that the time has come when the Lord will save his people and defeat their enemies. He has sent me to comfort all who mourns. My book is biblical encouraging, educational,inspiring, and beneficial to all. This book is for the reader’s encouragement and inspiration of my experience, strength and hope. Based on a true story, I talk about real life issues to embrace the reader’s heart and soul. Trusting only in God for my understanding.

This book will tell you what I went through, how it was, how I overcame and how it is now. This book will change your whole outlook on dealing with life on its terms. Letting go and letting God is the key to a better life and you shall find it to be true. It helps you to find yourself dealing with your defects of character that you thought you never had and those you would like to get rid of. Your faith can carry you a long way because all things are possible through God our higher power. This book is written in a poetic and vertical form explaining my emotions, feelings, and deep thoughts on both ways of sharing in my experience, strength and hope.

About the Author

My name is John Lavell Taylor. I am 34 years of age and was born in Greenwood Mississippi, to John and Linda Taylor, who is now a minister. I am a proud graduate of Fairley High School in Memphis, Tennessee. Although I went to Shelby State Community College and Tennessee Technology Center, I didn’t graduate, but yet I sti ll managed to get the education and knowledge I needed to move on.

I am a proud and blessed father of 6; Tika, Tateanna, Jayla, Jasmine, Michael and John,III. This picture personifi es a very small percentage of my family and how supportive we are, even through our struggles. My goal is to reach as many people as I can, and to help people reconnect and restore their relationship with the God. I want to help them to improve their understanding and increase their hope in believing there is a God who loves us no matt er what our past was like. Also that He can bring us out of bondage. Life is what you make it and my family is what keeps me sober and spiritually grounded.
