Guidebook for Church Leaders and Offi cers was published to assist leaders in the ministry who need assistance in the daily operations of church administration. Dr. Mercer believes that leaders (male or female) who enter the ministry should be fully equipped in the unity of faith with knowledge of kingdom principles to fully operate in the body of Christ. She believes that a church working together is successful when members understand their roles and responsibilities. Finally, Dr. Mercer believes that communication between church leaders and officers is the key component in doing a job well for the Lord.


About the Author

Dr. Marjorie Gillis Mercer is a native Baltimorean, a visionary, and a prophet. She is the founder of the Five Fold Ministries Worldwide Inc., which networks ministries around the world. Her global travels include Africa, Russia, and England, with invitations to India, Canada, and other foreign countries. Through the apostolic and prophetic anointing, she confirms the ministry gifts and calling to leaders who seek her intuitive wisdom. She holds a bachelor of science degree in mental health from Morgan State University, a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from Coppin State University, and a doctorate degree in ministry. She is a mother to three children (Ronnie Jr., David Isaac, and Cidney Mercer) and oversees other sons and daughters in the ministry.
