About the Book

This short book is about the little things in life that bring out the most in us. The majority of the poems and stories in this book are dedicated to a few special people in my life. Over the years I would write a few poems or stories and the more I wrote the more papers ended up scattered all over the room. I did not know where to put all of my writings. A folder wasn’t really doing the trick. So I decide to share my thoughts with other people and place a lot of my work into a small book.

About the Author

My name is Marybeth Barbato. I was born on April 27, 1991 and I have lived in PA for 18 years now. When I was younger my dad would always have conversations with me about being a leader. We would discuss what it meant to be a leader, what characteristics one should have and situations a leader may find him or herself against. At first I got really bored and tired of it but today I am very ambitious and want to learn about leaders and their ability to be confident in situations. One day I have high hopes in making a difference in the world.
