About the Author

Catherine Ifeoma Elebo (nee Ike), was born and raised in Anambra State of Nigeria. She is the second child in the family of four children and the only girl of the parents. In 1977 she migrated to the USA with her husband Edwin Elebo and achieved her undergraduate degree in Political Science in 1980, with honors (Magna Cum Laude), graduated with Masters Degree in Education (M.ED), in 1981, all from Texas Southern University, Houston Texas. In 2008, she completed another Master degree in Business Administration (MBA), from Colorado Technical University, in Health Care Administration, and currently a Doctorate Degree student, from North Central University, Arizona, in Health Care Management. In 1982, Catherine returned with her husband to her home country where she taught at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, a Federal University in Nigeria. She held high profile political and government positions that include; served in the State House of Assembly as the assistant to the clerk of the House, and in the Anambra State Government House, as the Political Advisor, and Chief of Protocol to the Military Governor’s wife’s office. She was also one of the Chief Supervising Principals in Anambra State Education Commission for many years.
