About the Book

Four new graduates from Harvard decide to go to Las Vegas to celebrate. After a night of partying Jim finds a paper in his shirt pocket, it is a map of Mexico. He has no idea who slipped the map into his pocket, but feels he needs to go to Mexico. His three buddies decide they want to go with him. They have no idea what Mexico has in store for them. Once they cross the border they have to get on a bus, which breaks down and they have to get another bus.

They see many different things along the way. Finally they arrive in Puerto Vallarta and can’t believe how beautiful this place is. When they finally find where this map takes them Jim can’t believe he inherited a mansion on a hill and proceeds from his great grandfather’s gold mine.

The four gringos move into the mansion where they discover many mysteries.

About the Author

Marcie Bonano was born in 1938 in a small coal mining town in Pennsylvania called Coal Run to Pasquale and Julia Bonano. She was the only girl with three brothers, she married at fifteen. Now retired and living with her husband of 60 years in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, she has decided to become a writer. Her first book was a family memoir titled, “When Love Turns To Hate.” This is her second book and is now working on her third book.
