To improve the knowledge about mental health and to recognize mental sickness as any other disease. Mental health carry physical ,psycological conditions in individuals. There is a social stigma attached to mental patients and mental sickness and mental health.

About the Author

The study, observation,experience and re-search done by Mala Wijeweera. I am qualified in mental health nursing in 1970 at the Banstead Hospital London. The hospital is now closed with the re- organization of National Health Service. It was located in Sutton Surrey. The hospital had 2,000 in patients and emergency admissions,and mother and baby unit and large area of gardens for patients.
