About the Author

Shayne is the proud mother of two grown sons, Stephen and Sean, and lives in Acworth GA, a far cry from her melting pot hometown of Braddock PA. Highly regarded by her peers, students and their parents, she is passionate in her career as a special education middle school teacher. Shayne is realizing a long cherished dream and lovingly presents her debut book, “The Adventures of Hootie”.
