About the Book

Cindy Lou Taylor lives a fairy tale life. She is a million dollar Realtor with a four-story coral colored home on the ocean at Wrightsville Beach. Her beautiful twins Jodie and Kelly are graduating and going to East Carolina University, in a few months.

Cindy’s husband is a prominent lawyer in Wilmington. Oh, and let’s not forget her two precious basset hounds Bourbon and Beauregard. She comes home for lunch one day to the “surprise of all surprises.” Then she learns that things are not always as they seem!

About the Author

Martha Gayle is a retired Realtor in Washington, NC. This is her first novel to be published, but she has loved to write since Mrs. Galloway, her Senior English teacher, told her she had the talent. Martha Gayle lives with her husband Jerry, four dogs, and two cats. She enjoys reading, cooking, helping out with the local animal shelter and walking Murph, her boxer on the boardwalk at the water front of the Beautiful Pamlico River.
