About the Book

Jason Parks grew frustrated as a detective on the NYPD and if he hadn’t resigned his nearly incessant drinking would have gotten him canned. Working out of Philadelphia as a PI he barely kept his unshaven chin above water. Things were spiraling down rapidly for Jason when he hit bottom and was left for dead in the deepening snow after the accident. When he awoke days later his life was altered for good; cursed with abilities he did not want and a life he could not face.

About the Author

Victor Miller has been a lifelong fan of superheroes, detective stories and science fiction stories. From his teen years on he wanted to draw for comic books but could not break into that circle. A decade ago he realized with a little research he could write the stories he loved to read. This book is the culmination of that research.
