About the Book
It’s tough to make the transition from cop to civilian. For David MacPhearson, it was no different. After retirement, David followed his first love, writing. Despite his crime blotter column with the Sun Times, he still had a need to work on an occasional case, especially when he found an interesting one.
Normally, the society page contains the typical articles about weddings, anniversaries, presentation balls, and country club events. But, when it contains a tale of a questionable death, it proves that every aspect of society has a dark side.
This was precisely the type of case that David couldn’t resist.
