After enhancing the image and discovering the person was Jim Stephens. Why was Jim at the shooters apartment? Was Jim the shooter? He saved my life, why would he do that if he were the shooter? Mark will be in favor of having Jim eliminated without giving Jim a chance to defend himself. What should I do?
