About the Book

This is a story about love. The events that occur include Mrs. Strudel and her Dog Yankee Doodle Doodle. Mrs. Strudel loves to bake cookies, pies and cakes. Mrs. Strudel loves children. When the children leave school at the end of the day, they go to visit Mrs. Strudel and her Dog Yankee Doodle Doodle what happens at that visit is the story.

About the Author

I was inspired to write my children stories when I told them to my children when they were young. The sparkle in their eyes and the smile on their faces encouraged me. My writing of my children’s stories started when I retired from the retail business. I was one of the original founders of a retail chain of 185 stores.
