“Sin Invitación” es la historia de una linda hormiguita que celebraba su lindo cumpleaños en el patio de su linda casita. Los músicos tocaban bellas y contagiosas melodías, mientras los invitados bailaban alegremente, y los vecinos podían escuchar la música con claridad. De pronto ocurrió algo inesperado, que hizo que la fiesta fuera aún más divertida. “Without Invitation” is the story of a pretty little ant who was celebrating her birthday in the backyard of her pretty house. The musicians were playing beautiful and contagious melodies, while the guests were happily dancing, and the music made its way around the neighborhood. Suddenly, something unexpected happened that made the party even more fun.

About the Author

Escrito por la compositora dominicana Ariella Guridy, ganadora de varios premios importantes de composición en su país, "Sin Invitación" obtuvo el premio del género infantil en el concurso Premio Nacional de Música 2012, celebrado por el Ministerio de Cultura de la República Dominiana, y es el primer cuento-canción publicado por la autora. Los textos del libro están en Español y en Inglés. Written by the Dominican songwriter Ariella Guridy, "Without Invitation" was awarded the sole prize in the "children´s Music" genre, of Premio Nacional de Música 2012, a contest organized by the Ministerio de Cultura de la República Dominicana. Ariella has won a number of pretigious songwriting prizes in her country, and "Without Invitation" is her first published story-song. Texts in the book are in Spanish and in English.
