About the Book

There are a million books on leadership, so why write another one? There is a need to simplify what Christian leadership is. A Christian’s call to leadership is a result of a choice that God makes. Christian leaders throughout history have struggled with their call to leadership. However, it is the call that starts the ball rolling. It is futile to run from a God-given call to leadership; therefore, stop running! You will breathe a sigh of relief when you stop running. Next, begin to think about the tremendous role you will play in history. Leadership: Plain and Simple covers the nuts and bolts of Christian leadership. For the seasoned leader, this book is a reminder that the call to leadership is a grace gift. For those that are seeking to be better leaders, this book covers the six Cs of leadership. For pastors and ministry leaders looking to train their leadership team, this book is a wonderful tool to use.
