About the Book
Life can both be a drama and a comedy. Ingrid’s was a busy life, with its share of adversity. Then one day, feeling frustrated and full of pent-up emotions, she turned on the tap to water the plants in the garden, and a flow of words started pouring out of her. She started writing them down on bits of scrap paper, supermarket dockets, and on the back of envelopes at first. They were words describing observations of self and others, past issues, an affair, a divorce, grief, anger, humor, and some sheer silliness. Some of her skeletons still rattle, but mostly they dance in her cupboard. You may recognize yourself somewhere in the book, or certain words may resonate. No matter how serious life can seem, keep laughing and wondering! Did the garden get watered? Yes.
