When you live in the jungle, you should always be ready for the unexpected. Life is never boring when you share your school with mischievous monkeys, slithery snakes, and cats in the canteen! Living closely day after day with an ever-changing cast of unique animals in a school is a wonderful chance for children of all ages to learn how to coexist together in harmony with many different species of animals.

About the Author

Liette is the daughter of Canadian expatriates currently living in Malaysia. Born in the United Arab Emirates, she enjoys travelling the world with her parents and investigating different cultures and exotic foods, and learning about the various native species wherever she goes. Along with her mom and dad, she shares her home with a large Golden Retriever, two rescue cats, and a couple of ill-tempered turtles. Inspired to write about her daily experiences at school with the animals that make frequent appearances, she hopes the reader enjoys learning about the monkeys at her school as much as she enjoyed writing about them.
