About the Book

About the Author

The author of “The Past Is No Sanctuary,” Brian S. Overmass, was born in the United Kingdom in 1936. Having served sixteen years in the Royal Navy and then eighteen years in the Royal Australian Navy, he is now retired and living in Victoria.
