About the Author

Troy Spring is the CEO of Dealer World, a full-service advertising and consulting agency located in Lehighton, Pennsylvania. His roots in advertising started while he managed four automotive dealerships and the large advertising budgets for the stores. The dealerships all grew under his watch. He credits much of that growth to the advertising decisions he made to drive more business to each location. He has spent the last decade perfecting what he calls the four pillars of advertising: reach, frequency, creative, and cost. He is a strong advocate of this formula. He spends much of his time sharing these concepts as a national speaker and occasional guest on podcasts, such as Auto Success Magazine, CBT News, The Dealer Playbook, and others, within the industry. With two best-selling books to his credit, coauthor of Unfair Advantage in 2012, and his own motivational book Turbo Charge Your Life, he lives in Lehighton, Pennsylvania, with his wife and family. Troy enjoys golf, tennis, and being with family when not working. As the CEO of PCG Companies, Glenn works with clients to develop new strategies that will enable their businesses to become more visible, efficient, and profitable. He continues to author articles for multiple industry publications as well as continues to write for his blog The New Normal (www.glennpasch.com). He is coauthor of the book Selling Cars in the Digital Age, which has been translated into four languages.
