About the Author

The book that I am writting is called 'The Atlantic Sirens' The Mysterious Case of the Charles D.'' The story dates back in the late 1600s in Portsmouth New Hampshire. The main characters are siblings; a maritime prosecutor named Robert Merrill and his sister Ayla who is a Captain of a privateer ship who gets promoted to Admiral of a special fleet in which they created called the Atlantic Sirens which involved three captains including herself as the admiral. They get involved with a case on one of their captains, John Penn who was accused of committing piracy on a British Ship the Charles D. which some how went missing out in the Northern Atlantic. Ayla and the remaining two captains will fight to the end to free John from the gallows and locate the missing ship if they still have time. I believe that I am qualified to write such a book because of my maritime background, I work for a company in Dover for over ten years that works on boats and marine engines as well as sells marine supplies for over seventy years. I own and manage a small thirteen foot fiberglass sailboat that I had since I was a small child and grew up on the Piscatiqua River on Dover Point sailing. I also run and manage a thirty-three foot Person Sloop sailboat in which is my grandfathers moored in Kittery Point, we both sail her up and down the river and out past the Isle Of Shoals and out towards Boon Island. I currently live in Eliot Maine in a quite and friendly neighborhood close to the Piscatiqua River. I got married on July 16, 2011 to a wonderful man careering in marine mechanics working on boats and their engines as well as a volunteer firefighter in our home town. We both own two dogs; an Australian Sheppard Mix named Carlos, and a mini-daschund named Marina. I love to sailing/Boating, target shoot; shotgun/pistol, read/quill penning/journalism, photography, kayak/canoe, kickboxing, workingout/cardio at the gym, watch movies (ghosts, horror, history, westerns, action/adventure, walk/visit the beach, I love animals and nature, and like some technology.
