The Edgemont Boys The Bike Losing a bike as a young boy burns at his heart day by day. He has no choice but to take action by recruiting his best friends to recover his bike. The club members get into action, supporting him by making on-the-spot decisions that sometimes make no sense. All the while, he is thinking what is best for the club members and how they can learn from his loss. This to him is a true leader of the club, and all members must follow the club rules. He loses control of the rules because of one girl, and his life changes forever.
About the Author
Douglas R. Bryant is a retired employee of 45 years in the paper mill industry. He enjoys a good mystery novel and fiction. He loves animated films and a good love story. Films that give true charter has inspired him to write his first book (THE EDGEMONT BOYS “The Bike”), which reflects his love for the 50’s & 60’s. His second book (THE EDGEMONT BOYS “The Circus”) captures the 50’s as we remember what use to be. Each book delivers a story in the life of THE EDGEMONT BOYS going through good times growing up. He and his wife Linda are new to the South, slow life style, hot days, and beautiful flowers bring back the memories of yesterday. This gives him the inspiration to write.
