About the Author

Rawle Wilton Young was born and educated in Barbados, west Indies. He is a graduate of Barbados Culinary School and has a career span of over thirty years in the hospitality industry. Mr. young traveled to the U.S in 1976 and now resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
