About the Book
The poems in this book are similar in tone and subject matter to those the author has published before. However, many are in a lighter mood, even somewhat humorous. However, if you are one of the old readers accustomed to gloom and doom, rest assured some of those are included too. May all of you enjoy these poems.
About the Author
Regina Alberty is a poet by avocation and a lawyer by profession. She is a longtime resident of the city of New York and a keen observer of its people and currents. Her poetry speaks of her daily experiences in a constantly challenging urban environment. The author acknowledges that the city has been preeminent in the development of her appreciation for those moments when the only thing to do is to record an emotional response to an event that transcends familiarity.
