About the Author

I am a member of a very large family that stakes their roots in the wild and wonderful state of West Virginia. My family moved to Central Ohio in 1964, where I attended school K-12. I moved away in 1981 to the granite state of New Hampshire and called it home for twenty-four years. This is where I raised my three daughters. In 2000, I moved back to Central Ohio and married for a second time, gaining three stepsons and several grandchildren in addition to my own two grandsons. In addition to writing, I spend a great deal of my time making my own greeting cards and scrapbooks, working on family genealogy, and walking the local cemeteries taking photos to help others in their journey to find their roots.
