The walled city, South Head, is dwindling down to extinction. Teenager, Jessica Windal, is given the chance to leave for a better life in the capital. She leaves with her new friend, Georgia Bankgrove and together they embark on the perilous journey beyond the city's walls, where every step could certainly be their last.

But the outside world exposes secrets the girls never expected.

Finding themselves tangled amongst these secrets leads Jessica and Georgia down a new path, one that could potentially change the future of the world forever. . .

About the Author

Alexander Galati began writing fiction when he was seven, with his first story about a chicken having its first day at school. Now at fifteen, he's now writing more than he did back then. The world for Amadons Outside was inspired by a game he and his cousins used to play together when they were young. Within a few weeks, he had created a storyline around this world in his mind, forming characters as he went along. In the game he played, creatures were their friends. In his story, the creatures are not their friends.
