About the Author

Simon Lawrence was born in Africa and grew up reading the works of J. R. R. Tolkien and Wilbur Smith. He now lives with his wife and family in Texas and attributes the constant reassurance and positive feedback from his parents to his success in life. He wrote The Adventures of Fergus: The Little Blue Tractor for his four children, to open their minds to all that is possible when you set yourself a task regardless of however overwhelming it seems to be and, most importantly, to teach them that no matter how much life may get you down, things will always get better. Architecture, film, and reading remain his passion along with a deep love of the ocean.
