Looking For Me

About the Book

My book has a variety of poems and is in three sections. The first, “Well, Why Not!”, has my expressions and thoughts in my own free style. The next section contains my lyrics to songs I’ve written; “Love Songs”. Lastly, these special poems are my particular thoughts; “At Christmas Time”. While each of these sections may contain a different appeal, it is my hope that you (readers) will find each poem of interest and thought-provoking value. My poems “speak to you.”

About the Author

If you look at me closely, you will find a rather “mature” (Not “old”, please) man who finds poetry as an enjoyable way to toil with the language and make words work with thoughts. After a liberal art’s education, and the discipline of reaching others in a demanding workplace - via words-, I found writing poetry (and playing piano) a road to release and relevance in my world. Here’s hoping my words lead you in the same direction. You won’t believe my age, so I won’t tell you.  Quimby
