About the Book

Writings from the Heart is not your traditional book of poems. Rather, it is a collection of inspirational passages which offer guidance for everyday living. These personal writings will open doors of faith and understanding. The material in this book has been collected from the journals of a wife, mother and daughter over the course of her life. Hopefully, you will find serenity in everyday things through these writings.

About the Author

Joyce Anne Ailes was born in 1944 in Alliance Ohio, she moved with her family to Cleveland Ohio in 1956. After high school she was married and had two children. After raising her children she attended Nursing School at Tri-C Community College in Cleveland, Ohio and went on to work as a R.N. at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. During her life time Joyce kept several journals, that her family discovered after her passing in 2013. Being one of her life’s ambitions, of writing a book, her family has taken writings from her journals and put them together for this book.
