About the Author

He is an associate professor of tourism at the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Cape Coast. He holds a PhD in tourism from the same university. His research interests include food safety and food tourism. He has authored a number of articles, including food preferences of tourists in Ghana, international tourists' concerns about traditional foods in Ghana, and street food consumption in the Market Circle Area of Takoradi.
